Having moved to the UK in 2005, I only properly went back to Zimbabwe of my own accord in 2016. I will always remember my father gifting me African wax print at the airport as he'd remembered me complaining I couldn't get a good price when I went on my own. (I had spent the last of my money partying in Harare with my older brother)
On my return to the UK I began working on a Crop Top which was initially supposed to be very basic. Yet here we are with silky satin, stitched African Wax Print Collar, Waist Snatching Design and intricate eyelet corset style back!
